Meet Irene Cook, Project Coordinator and this month’s Employee Spotlight. Irene is a graduate from Maryville University is St. Louis, Missouri where she earned her degree in Interior Design. She has been a part of M&M’s project coordination team since 2018. Read below to learn more about Irene.
Describe a typical day in your line of work?
At M&M Office Interiors I act as a liaison between clients, vendors, architects and other skilled workers. These services include, but are not limited to site/inventory verifications, pricing, application and assembly, specification options, invoicing/billing management (hours) of the project assigned. I provide services to the dealership customers I work closely with various M&M staff such as, sales, order-entry, installation teams and customers. As a Project Coordinator I work to ensure high quality project implementation as well as, customer satisfaction, accurate specifications.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy being a member of a team, and collaborating together on a variety of large-scale projects where each of us are responsible for one part of the project. I really enjoy the teamwork aspect of the job, and like seeing how all the pieces of our projects come together in the end.
What do you enjoy doing on your free time?
Spending time with family and traveling.
