What made you want to pursue a Sales career in the furniture industry?
Having a degree in Health and Human Performance, the furniture industry was perfect, since people spend most of their time at work. We have an opportunity to create a work environment that will contribute to others health and well-being.
How do you approach challenges that come along your way?
When approaching challenges, I like to confront them right away. If I cannot figure them out on my own, I will turn to my leadership team. They always have our backs.
What piece of advice would you give to a newly graduate wanting to pursue a career in Sales?
If I had to give advice to someone looking for a career in sales, I would tell them that they need to be extremely patient. They will have to overcome rejection and ultimately, must become passionate about HELPING people and focus on solving problems.
