Meet Suzanne Labodda, a graduate from UW – Stevens Point, who has been in the Interior Design industry for 16 years. Her knowledge and versatile background brings exceptional quality to her work and a great experience to her customers.
What made you want to pursue a career in Interior Design?
My father was an Architect and home builder, so I have been around the construction and design industry from a young age.
What is your favorite part of the job?
Every day, client, and project is different. I mostly enjoy space planning, creating a functional and comfortable work environment.
What’s one project you are most proud of?
Columbia County Municipal Building’s was the first bid and project I worked on when I started at M&M. The project consisted of three buildings with multiple levels in each building. We worked in coordination with a design firm in Madison to provide the client with seamless results.
What are some of your favorite hobbies to do outside of work?
I enjoy biking, walking our dog, perusing art fairs, and finding unique deals at resale shops.
What is one thing you hope to check off on your bucket list?
With winter soon approaching, I eventually hope to move to a much warmer climate, with sunshine.
How do you define success?
Personally, success means to be happy with what you’ve accomplished, but never being satisfied. Treating people decently along the way. Professionally, it means to solve client issues beyond their expectations, in a professional and timely manner.
